At Naturium, we are committed to providing high-performance skincare that delivers results; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
